In order to solve the labor shortage of the Elderly Care Industry, the comedians living in Tochigi Prefecture utilize the power of laugher to improve the environment of the workplace for users of the facility and staff.
In order to reduce the burden on the care workers, comedians living in Tochigi Prefecture who have acquired recreational qualification grade 2 are woeking in nursing facilities in Tochigi Prefecture and facilities managed by the Social Welfare Council. They also support the development and operation of recreational content that can be implemented by the facility. We plan to package different content together and use entertainers to put up events in theaters.
